The Universal Music Australia Bravado team is looking to appoint a Sales and Merchandise Assistant (12 month contract) to join the family to assist the sales team with key account communications, tracking and creation. reports on all inventory shipments.

Skills / Experience Required:

• Must have a degree or equivalent qualifications in Fashion Design
• Good technical understanding of garment construction
• You have qualifications to be tall and 2 years of fashion / retail experience.

Technical Support Specialist – Roland Corporation (Sydney)

Skills / Experience Required:

• A solid understanding (and passion for) electronic musical instruments and their applications.
• You are a complete “cog nut” and have a good understanding of the principles of audio / music equipment.
• Like talking with other humans; a positive attitude and affable personality are essential for the job.
• A healthy level of patience with those who are not as familiar with the musical equipment as you are.
• Be a problem solver. When people come to you with a product problem.
• Take a logical approach to combine your own knowledge with internal sources of information (product manuals, knowledge of other staff, service bulletins, etc.) to formulate a solution and then effectively communicate that solution to the customer.

Tasks / responsibilities include:
