Zedd is the award-winning artist behind “Clarity”, “Stay” and “The Middle”.
Real name Anton Zaslavski, Zedd is a DJ, record producer and songwriter known for dominating the EDM and pop music scene. He won the Grammy Award for Best Dance Recording with “Clarity.” In 2022, he earned a Grammy nomination for “Inside Out (3SCAPE DRM Remix)” in the Best Remixed Recording category.
Some of Zedd’s best-known songs are dance tracks. This includes “The Middle”, the artist’s most popular Spotify track, with over 1 billion plays as of February 2022. “Stay” also has over 1 billion Spotify plays. As a DJ, Zedd features other artists in his chart-topping songs.
Zedd collaborated with Foxes for the 2012 release, “Clarity.” From the same album, “Fall Into the Sky”, features Lucky Date and Ellie Goulding. In 2022, “You’ve Got to Let Go If You Want To Be Free” credited Disclosure and Zedd as artists.

Zedd performs as Super Bowl 2022 pre-show DJ
In addition to his 2022 residency at Zouk nightclub in Las Vegas, Zedd announced he would be performing on the 2022 Super Bowl pre-show. He became the official pre-show DJ, performing before the hit kickoff between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Los Angeles Rams.
The Super Bowl pre-show begins at 1 p.m. EST, airing on NBC and Peacock. Zedd first found out about his latest gig through missed calls from his “team” and tons of text messages.
“I didn’t want to be too happy until I knew this was happening…” Zedd said during an interview with AND online. “This one is actually happening, so I’m super excited!”

Besides Zedd, artists Mary J. Blige, Eminem and more will perform at the 2022 Super Bowl
Zedd isn’t the only artist to take the stage in conjunction with the 2022 Super Bowl. Grammy-nominated artist Mickey Guyton will perform “the national anthem” before the Super Bowl kicks off.
Grammy-nominated artist Jhené Aiko will sing “America the Beautiful.” Rappers Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Mary J. Blige and Kendrick Lamar will perform together at the Pepsi Halftime Show.
“February 13, 2022, at the Super Bowl,” Jay-Z said in a statement according to CBS Sports. “Dr. Dre, a musical visionary from Compton; Snoop Dogg, a Long Beach icon; and Kendrick Lamar, a young musical pioneer in his own right, also from Compton; will take center stage for a performance of a lifetime. They will be joined by lyrical genius Eminem, and timeless queen, Mary J. Blige… It’s history in the making.
